My wife came to US in 02/2000. She got a job and filed H1 thru Company A.
When the H1 arrived in 09/00, company A delayed her joining deliberatly. She got an offer from Company B in the meantime and had her H1 transferred to company B in 12/00 and working there. She never worked with company A. My questions are:
On my 485 application for my wife, shd I mention anything about company A?
Shd I sumbit the approval notice received from company A?
When my wife goes for H4 to H1 stamping in Canada, what would be the impact of this and which H1 approval notice shd I present (A or B)?
