My wife and I filed for 485 in Vermont in December 2000. After processing our cases for
eleven months VSC transferred our cases to NSC. IIO at VSC informed me that NSC received our cases
on Nov 9. I have called NSC three times in last month and half to figure out the reason for the transfer.
IIO keep telling me that the cases are not in local system yet and to call them back after two
weeks. My case is a straight forward employment based 485 and Ihave been with the same company since
I started my processing( in 1997). Did any one face this situation..
Any help or information is highly appreciated..
