My employer is saying this to me. Did you ever hear this type of scenario?
My employer filed a labor petition in 2004, but that employee is no longer
with the company. Dept. of labour has not approved that petition yet. My
employer is saying that labor dept will ask him whether that employee is
still working with the company? At that time, my employer is mentioning that
he will write to the labor dept about me working in the same job
description. What my employer is saying is that, the 2004 labor can be converted
as my labor with the same priority date of 2004.
I heard labor substitution but not like this.
Did any one hear this type of scenario? Please help me?
