Gurus, Please help !!!

MY company's HR called CSC and found out that both my 140 and 485 are waiting for the information from overseas. Could you please let me know what kind of information they are looking for ? What can I do to facilitate this?

I will try to get an answer. The worst thing is that only the officer who is handling my case actually knows what information he or she is looking for.
