Just got my receipt in hand and checked the status on-line, but there it shows that the receipt number doesnot exist. What should i do?Please help

I think its a common problem with USCIS website. Check back a little later... everything should be fine ...

Thanks for the reply. I checked again and the site still says that it has no record. I am getting a bit worried as my ND is 26th july 2004.Would calling up VSC cause a problem? What do i do ? Please help.

Wait couple of more weeks. Sometimes they update data in bulk.
Calling VSC won't help and lawyer knows that very well.

This had happened earlier. There were cases in which the receipt number was never online and was approved. So don't worry. Try calling the ATM service and check. You may also speak to customer support rep if you want to. This will not affect your GC process.
