I dont have a lawyer and am planning on responding to the RFE myself. I know you cannot send traceable mails to a PO box (fedex, certified mails etc). Could you tell me how you have been doing it? Someone suggested that you send it to the street address, with a oneliner on the top of the envelop saying 'I-485 RFE esponse and put the PO Box there'

use Post Office Express Mail with return receipt

US Postal Service Express Mail does deliver to P. O. Box and seems to be
the right thing to use for CIS. It should cost around $15. If you want, you can
add, for an extra dollar or two, the service they call "return receipt" (the green
two-sided slip) which will be returned to you with CIS's receipt stamp. Express
Mail is traceable.

I sent mine as a certified mail to the PO box listed on the RFE envelop.
