My company is giving my problems after GC. I realize from many discussion that we can quit the sponsoring company and join a different job if the company itself lets you go, or if you could get a letter stating that they are getting rid of you because they are not able to pay you right.
My questions are
1. Is this letter going to protect me in case of any problems with citizenship?
2. What should be the contents of this letter?
3. Is 2 months sufficient to quit your company after you get this letter?
People say if you have a good understanding with your company you can quit before 6 or 9 months after GE, what is this good understanding going to be, pay them or just some kind of reputation with your managers?
I will appreciate if you all could share your thought on this issue.
