Gurus Please Help regarding i140->NVC case

My I 140 AD is Dec 3rd. NVC still hasnt recieved my case. I checked using the AVM. Any suggestions guys? Last week when I called the NVC officer said wait 90 days. Does it really take 90 days? I checked cptracker and most cases from there reach NVC in 2-10 days. Its been 45 days almost for me. I also checked my Approval notice. It is definately approved for CP.

My consular post is N Delhi. Can I try AC 140 there .. any suggestions would really help guys.. thanks in advance!!

Most likely is that INS did not send it yet. Wait at least 2 months but certainly not more than 90 days to query INS about your case.
