Above text is what online (uscis.gov) says about my case.
It shows April 19, 2004 as received whereas 140 reciept from INS shows April 19, 2004 as Notice date.
I don't understand this. Where/what is the problem ? Do anybody else have the same problem or is it just me ??? Lot of questions.
