I have some questions regarding Green Card sponsership.
I am a green card holder.
I am going to get married to a person having F1 Visa.
Probably the person will get OPT/H1 in the near future.
(1) Is it better to get married in USA and get a wedding license here (or) Get married outside of USA and use that license?
(I heard that if we get married outside of USA, we have to go for Counselor processing and the person applying for Green card has to leave this country...)
(2) What are the different process involved in Getting green card?
(3) Is it better to apply for green card and leave this country while in the initial processing stages, if that person has some other Visa like F1/H1?
(4) Names of some reputed attorneys in the likes of Rajiv Khanna? Typical Fees.. etc.
