I am confused and would like you advice
I used to work for Company A which applied for my concurrent 140/485 , I got laid off as my company was bought only 1 month after concurrent filing. I got my EAD though and kept on going for fingerprints (twice). I recently came to know that my 140 was approved. Also the old companys lawyer, said they will send me all the documents with my file and sent them. My question is:
1. I moved to NJ from CO, i contacted a lawyer she said , u have to send a letter to transfer ur case to vermont. is this correct.
2. Should i file AR 11 , does this affect processing
3. I HAVE TO FILE TO EXTEND MY EAD AS IT EXPIRES ON FEB 2006. SHOULD I FILE TO NEBRASAKA OR THE NEW SERVICE CENTER.
4. Should i file AC 21
