Hi Folks,
EB3, PD 09/98, ND 1/00, FP 3/01, India
Company\'s name changed in DEC\'98. Applied I-140 in July\'99.
Yesterday talked to IIO. She said my file is on hold and waiting for the directions from Washington, D.C on how to handle "Company name change cases". She is not sure how long its going to take to get the directions. I asked whether need to re-apply for an I-140 or any pro-active action need to be taken from my side. She said no.
I see some people got approved with company name change. Shall I ask my lawyer to send the company name change paperwork or do I need to wait till I get the RFE.
Is there any one who had the same problem.
Gurus please throw some light on how to deal this case.
