Gurus please give information - Dead line / Address of VSC Correspondence

Hi all,

Do you know is the \'Evidence\' Requested from INS should be RECEIVED by them BEFORE the dead line (Or) should be \'Post-Marked\' and can be received by them at any date?

Do you know the Address of VSC to which any such Evidence/Correspondence should be Sent to? Is there a official Link that gives this address?

Any experiences?

Your input would be appreciated.

I think it MUST be received by the deadline.
The address will be in the RFE notice. You have to reply
using the special envelope(sent along with RFE), otherwise it will be treated
like anyother mail!!!!!!
