Hi guys .....

Right now i am on long vacation from my company and they do not pay me during that time...how can we manage if we receive RFE on pay stubs...is it fine sending one month or two months old pay stubs... or any suggestions ...please post your experience

Krishi I hate to be the bearer of bad news here. But I think the whole idea of them asking for paystubs is to know that you are employed right now. Try and get a letter from the company stating your work relationship with them. Something that would look like you are currently employed but on unpaid leave and are going to continue working for them once the green card has been processed.
Remember if you can prove that once you have a green card you are going to continue to be employed you should be fine.

Worst case..Give your employer the money and get the pay slip. But when he pays you back he will deduct the tax on that.
