Hi guys .....

Right now i am on long vacation from my company and they do not pay me during that time...how can we manage if we receive RFE on pay stubs...is it fine sending one month or two months old pay stubs... or any suggestions ...please post your experience

I had posted this eaqrlier and nobody responded.
I am hoping to go for an MBA and want to go for an indefinite holiday. Anybody can suggest how I can do this ? I obviously cannot get paid during this time but can take a sabbatical from my company.

As long as company is willing to provide you employment letter or letter of intent to rehire when you get your GC...you guys should be fine since GC is for a future job....and you do not need to be working for a GC sponsoring company....this issue may come up when you are filing for Citizenship....so do get advise of lawyer on this!!!....$150 for 15 minutes consultation of a good lawyer may get you good insight into GC situation.......!!!!!
