Gurus please answer/......Consular Processing and AC 21.anyone approved?

Has anyone here got approved their greencard using consular processing and the AC21 law?

I have 2 140\'s/....both approved for CP (in eb2 and eb3)

I filed for 485 in eb2...but changed jobs after 180 days and now waiting for interview in local INS (mine is Washington DC...so takes a long time!)

Meanwhile i am thinking of going to Cp using the other 140. I dint think it was possible, until i read this memo and the thread below from Immitracker.
