As usual which normally happens to most of us, another blunder from my immigration lawyer.
I got my Eb2 cleared and filed my I140/485 before Sep 30th. After couple of weeks I recieve a call from my lawyer saying that my case was returned back since the lawyer missed one of I-485 processing fee checks. I was shocked when i heared this, I never knew what to say. Lawyer is refiling my case again with all the checks, Iam not sure if this really works. Is there any option... Please share....
