My I-140 got approved at NSC, I am about to file 485. My company located at NSC area. Right now I am working in boston area. In I-140, I gave my present boston address. I am planing to file I-485 at NSC only. My questions are
1. Can I apply EAD & AP along with I-485? or Apply only I-485 and after getting of receipt notice, then go to local INS to get EAD&AP? which one is better?
2. Can I get EAD & AP at BOSTON local INS (which is under VSC area)?
Any Info, greatly appreciated.
