Gurus, Please Advise me

I sent my EB1 EA three weeks ago (PP) and got the query. I know my lawyer did not do any good job and messed up my application. To respond to my query can I hire an another lawyer to represent my case? If so will be that be a problem? Instead of going through the old lawyer can I represent my case?

Secondly, with one EB1 case open, can I submit a fresh new EB1 application? Is it legally allowed to submit more than one EB1 application?

Gurus, please help me. I am in a unique situation.

You can do anything you want, get another lawyer or do it your self. When you make a decision, you call your present attorney and terminate his services.

Sorry about the query. I think you can switch lawyers, and also refile a new EB1. Whats the query and who is ur current attorney?
