I applied my green card with company A. I change my company B without 140 approval.
I got RFE, that is ability to pay.
my layer says we have chance of approval 60/40.
we reply the RFE last week

Guru s can explain me. what I need to do.

I need apply the another 140/485 with different company.
if I apply with different company...I can work with company B
because I don't want loss Company B job.
 
Do nothing now..

Wait for response ... for Ur RFE Reply.

If you get 140 approved celebrate .. else apply for fresh labor with company B.
