I filed for AP on my own in March 1st week. I got RFE for my whole family for photographs, which I reponded. The online status for all of us changed reponse to RFE recd.

Yesterday we got approval for me and my spouse, but not for my Son. What do I do about it?

Please advice;

My company was kind enough to apply my I-485 on May 3rd and i am still waiting for the reciepts. My I-485 was filled on Dec-22-2003. How long does it take to get the reciept numbers ( I-485,ead and ap all applied atonce)

I want to change my house address. Can anybody advice what i need to do if i change the address apart from the ar-11 form. How do we inform the bcis about this.

Also My son is a us citizen. I applied for state (ct) help for his medical insurance and i am paying like $50 a month for his insurance. Does this effect my green card processing in any way. My company is not giving me family insurance.

You might want to talk to your lawyer (company's lawyer) as to why you did not get receipts yet for 485 filed.

Address change : submit AR11 and call BCIS phone number 1 (800) 375-5283 to change your address. Make sure you have your receipts when you call, because they ask you for A#s but I am not sure if they also ask you about WAC#s.
