The title and the job description should be the same as in the approved Labour Cert but what about location, can one switch states (NJ to CT or PA). Please share experiences/thoughts

Bear in mind though that an address change may trigger a file transfer (if moving out of state etc.).

I am in the process of making a reply to an RFE, I switched employers after one year of filing 485.I am not moving, it is that the original employer (in the approved LC) had location in PA and the new employer has its offices in NJ and the offer letter will have NJ as the location. Would that trigger a file transfer ?
