My I-140 and I-485 and EAD for me and for my wife were filed concurrently on December 1 st 2003 by my company attorney with pre approved labor at Vermont Service Center. He has received receipt notice copy for I 140 from and receipt copy of my wife’s I 485 and EAD from USICS. But for mine I 485 and EAD no replay. Pl note he could get receipt number from cancelled checks for both. (So we have receipt number with us)
We did receive Notice of Action on I-140 on January last week for colored copy of my passport and my company’s income tax filing for previous years. My company attorney replied and USCIS show online status received on April 6 th.
My wife applied for local field office and received the EAD and started working with EAD.
My company attorney wrote to USICS after 04 months in April first week for duplicate copy my I 485 and EAD receipt notice.
Now even after three and ½ months we don’t have any reply or copy from USICS.
By this time USCIS should issue EAD. It’s almost 7 months old.
What can I do now with regard to my I 485 and EAD receipt notice copy.
