Rfe on ! 485 for bith certificate ,medical ,letter from the current employer stating job duties ,join date ,renumeration and future prospects.
My situation is that my sponsor is future employer and i will be leaving the current employer in 2 months and will be joing the future employer. My lawyer has suggested to send letter from the future employer but this doesnot make sense. I have checked othe forums and some rfe were answered from current employer in similar situation (they want to check your current working status probably)
Any views on this topics are welcome.Thanks in advance
