Gurus... need your feedback ASAP... Thanks.

Well you already heard my opinion, but the majority seems to think I'm wrong.

Looking at it this way; if there were a significant possibility that you were going to be denied citizenship for the "crime" of harboring an illegal alien, why haven't there been more similar reports over the two years that I've been a member here?

Many times, it is an individuals subjective view from Adjudicate Officer. That is why it is called a "Administrative Process" from USCIS point of view. It really comes down to the specific circumstance for how USCIS view of your situation. For example, when did you know that your spouse were out of status, before or after your marrige? why haven't you (or your spouse) sought for "adjustment of status"?, and/or if thre is any other pending cases from USCIS against your spouse which is still outstanding.....

Of casue, now of those issues were directly impact your application, but it is a subjective matter to judge your individual characerestic by all means. Under currently emphasphere, "Illeagle" or "Our of Status" are geting quite bit of attentions. So the best pratice in your situation would be seeking some experieced immigration attoneys for assistance.

Just my 2 cents.
