Gurus Need your advice.Please help ,Please clarify
Please Read this till the end and please clarify.
Me and my wife got our I485 approved in the month of May.I am the principal and she is dependent. Both of us got our Passport stamped .My wife received her Green card (plastic card) in the first week of June and I didn’t receive. I received a letter from INS in the first week of July stating that my finger was smudged and I was asked to give my finger print again in the local INS office in order to prepare my green card. So I went to local INS office on 5’th of July and gave my finger print again.
I have taken my passport and the letter sent by INS to give my finger print again with me to the local INS office. There the officer verified the letter and filled a form and took my finger print and signature.
Then he put a rubber stamp on it .The stamp consists of the following columns
1)Name of the officer: Here he entered his name
2) Date :Here he entered that day’s date
3)I don’t remember this: but here he entered verified
4)Results : here he entered No Match
5)signature : here he did his signature
In the results column he put “No Match” what does this mean. Is everything OK.
Is this normal.
Please clarify.
