My brother is a US citizen. 2 months ago my parents came to the US to visit us with the help of my brother. Now my brother wants to apply greencard for my parents. Currently I live in west coast and our parents are with me. My brother lives in east coast.
To file the greencard for my parents, do they need to be with my brothers at his place there in east coast?
Can my brother come to the west coast and petition the greencard for our parents?
