Gurus: Need help related to I140

Hi,

In the labor certification application Education is specified as

Bachelors or equivalent...

Than describing equivalent as 4 years foreign degree or 3 years of education plus 3 years of Work Experience in same feild.

I fall in 3 years education and 3 years of Work Exp. Can I use the Labor for I140. I am just worried if I use the Labor, can I40 be denied as I dont have a 4 year degree on educational grounds.

Please help..this is urgent..Provide your opinion and suggestions

Looks straight and you can go for it. However get a good lawyer - every substitution case is unique and you should not take chance.
