I have friend who want to user AC21 for job transfer.
Here is the details:
Is labor has written working in Oracle,Pl-SQL,c,C++,VB,Interdev etc.
And now he got job where he his working as Oracle,Pl-Sql,peoplesoft person.
And his company does not want to write c,C++ ,Vb,InterDev,etc in AC21 letter has he is not working in it.
So can he just write other things which was written in his labor as install,test,design and coding as part of AC21.
Would that work.I know he just got letter as FOIA and did not has labor intially before joining the other company.
Gurus need help.
