Gurus I have applied for I-485 using 245i. My question is "does the AC21-180 day rule apply only to people who were on H1 and then got sponsored for I-485 or does it apply to everyone who applies for I-485 regardless of being on H1, F1,L1 or out of status people getting legalization through I-485"
