My I140 was approved and the law firm has received the approval notice infact they have received both the copies, one copy for them and other which my employer should have received).
The issue is the copy meant for the employer bounced off, as address was not updated with CIS by the employer.
Now, my question, would this have any impact on my 485 processing, second, are these one and the same team handling both 140 and 485 ?
