Guru's Need Adivce LUD on I485

Hello Gurus,

I need advice on my latest LUD on I485 which states

"On May 8, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

I didnot recieve any RFE or I did send any response

Here is My questions
1. Can this be error from USCIS?
2. Is there any posibility that my lawyer or My employer recieves RFE without my knowledge?
3. Will USCIS updates The status when they send out RFE?

I am bit worried here, Please advice ....

I would suggest you to discuss the same with your lawyer as from my experience this message shows up only once INS actually receives a response to the RFE they send out earlier - normally to your lawyer.
