In 485 ,biographic info form, there is a column for all previos name used.
For my wife\'s case lawyer by mistake typed NONE and papers has been filled 3 months back. I found it by chance yesterday that lawyer made a mistake. My wife had two differnt last name prior to our marriage.for example Firstname,x and firstname ,y after marriage she has First name,Z
What should I do now. Or what kind of RFE should I expect and what papers should I prepare for it.

Hi Relax. Don\'t mess anything. I don\'t know exactly what to do. But I would suggest you to gather info from INS Sites and keep things ready and sit tight. If you get any RFE you can reply immediately, Else get the approval and change the details in the Stamping process.
Just a suggestion. Do your own research.
