gurus..my 485 approved(Jul 23) while wife's 485 file still no receipt(Jul 2 filed)..

Gurus,

My 485 got approved on July 23rd, and my wife's 485/EAD/AP package reached USCIS on July 2nd. What happens to her case now?

She is currently on H1, so she is not out of status, but it would be nice not to have to do the filing for her separately
based on a new employment offer..
