I filed my I485 on 11/13/02. RD is 11/18/02. My I140 is approved on Oct 17 2002. Now I am not in the payroll as i finished my porject. What are the chances of RFE in I485. Is it must to be in the payroll. Does the INS asks past 6 months paychex in the envent of RFE?. Did any body know such cases?. I am so nervous even thinking about this. I appreciate if somebody sheds some information on this. Hope I won't get any RFE. Also I wish no body gets RFE.
