Guru's I need your suggestions for my I485 RFE

Hi All,

I have received an RFE requesting all the following and we did submit all these earlier.Gurus please suggest me what all documents I should send.

1. Completed medical examination(Form I-693) for each applicant which indicates the results of tuberculin skin test administered by a designated civil surgeon.

2.The Birth certificate previously submitted with your application was late registered and did not contain the full spelling of your name as you have indicated on your application.

Secondary evidaence in your possession to support the information you have provided about your birth and parentage.

3.Submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your position, if any, your proffered position, and proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist.

4. Photocopy of I-94 with recent entry.

For Spouse.

1.The Birth certificate previously submitted with your application was late registered and did not contain the full spelling of your name as you have indicated on your application.

2. Photocopy of I-94 with recent entry.

1. Check your copy of the medical examination. If no mentioning about tuberculin skin test, consult the doctor.
2. I have my BC registerd later. But while filing my I-485, I submitted affidavit from my mom and dad. You can try that. Check with your attorney please.
3 & 4 are simple and you know.
