Just spoke to a very friendly NVC operator. I gave her my EAC number and she said that the case was entered into their system yesterday. She also gave me a case number #NWD200251****
Now does this mean that my case has been created? If so how long does it take for NVC to mail out the documents to my attorney?
She said that I have to send the filled out forms and application fee back to NVC now. I guess they will be following new methodology.
