GURUS: how long does it take to get decision

Hi Friends

I called again this morning to find out the case status, they VSC rep told me the case is with adjudicator/someone looking at my case so i should get approved soon.. how long does it take to get decision once the file is picked up.. LUD in my case was 12/14/04

There is no specific time limit for that as our files are with IIO from the last week of Oct 04 and till now nothing happened i.e., even no change in LUD's.

So it again we are all at the mercy of IIO's whoever is working on our cases.

Even same with me... I was told in Sep'04 from congressman office that my case is with officer as of Aug'12...
