Hello

I have a BE degree with 9+ yrs experience.
A pre-approved labor of my company says, "Bachelors degree" for education, but, the technical expertise says "Oracle, Ingres, and Unix".
Out of the above, my resume only has "UNIX".

I know basics of Oracle and Ingres. I can add them to my resume.

Can that labor be substituted for me ?

Thanks everyone.

As per my knowledge, You will be fine as long the company supports you with the all needed documents like give company letters which describes all technical experties to your skill sets.

Technically, your experience prior to filing LC is counted. I have gone through the same issue. Talking to lawyers, more than 50% skills should match with skills mentioned in ETA-750B. If not risk involved at I140 stage. UNIX is OS, Ingres/Oracle are DB is the justification.
Better be prepared for uncertain situations.
