Received RFE for my wife asking for completed Medical exam.
The issue is at the time of medical exam we were trying for the baby and that was the reason why doctor did not administer the vaccine. Right now my wife is pregnant and doctor can not give the vaccine again.
Now my questions are
Can INS approve my wife's case ?
Can INS approve my case while waiting for my wife's case?
