Gurus help. Employment RFE

Hi Folks,

My RD is Oct 23, 2001. I was with the sponsoring employer till July
2002. (Which is more than 180 days). After a month I joined a
company in a contracting position. The problem here is though the new employer employ me for atleast a year, the salary is only
if I get a project. (Based on the project and its description).
I worked in a small project for 11/2 months. (I got 3 pay stubs , bi-weekly, job similar). Now I got a RFE asking for the current emloyment letter with lost 3 months pay stub.
(Right now I am not in a project, though employed).
What should I do?

Bad situation to be in

You would have to get the pay stubs somehow. If you have a friend who has a firm, ask them to employ you for some time where they give you the paystubs and you give the money and get the money back from them

Hi,

Ask your employer to give an intention to Rehire letter. That should work. Since GC is for s future job offer.
