it wont be a problem. since you have the valid visa on your PP, you can always enter using the visa.
only thing is your AP becomes invalid when it gets approved if you are outside the country or it gets approved after you enter the country.
AP is valid only if you take it in hand and go before you leave the country
so you have to apply for a new AP after reaching the country.
\but dont worry you can always travel on your visa. if you dont have visa, then AP is the Only option.
btw, when did you file your AP and which service center?
