Just wondering if parent's country of birth can be used for cross-chargeability purpose in 485? And if yes, can it be done long after 485 is filed..Employment Based.

Actually, somebody at work mentioned that it is possible and he just lost a bet to me

Btw, I checked: My neighbor's dog was born in China so that won't help
