Gurus,
Can anyone help me, i am trying to get some info
i ma victim of CS, my 485 Denial letters came to my house on Oct 1st week,
rightnow i am in 8th year, dont have H1, used to work on EAD with CS

now i am now working , i am trying to get preapproved labor
i got one preapproved labor which filed on April 2003 in EB3

can i get 8th Year H1/H4 extension with this labor?
how have to file, is that i have to file 140 first then h! or how?

rightnow i dont have any status.
please let me know ,this is very urgent to me, i dont have time also

once i'll be in status, then i'll put N to court, dont worry about that, i am making all arrangements regarding this
but first i have to be in status

please gurus tell me how to overcome this hurdle

visiongc09, DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE, BETTER CONTACT A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY.
Technically, you are out of status. Could you manage to enter in Canada, then you can figure it out and save your status as well. I know it is very difficult.
