Hi All,
My company has recently filed I-140 on my behalf. I am planning to go for a second time H1B Visa stamping in March 2006. One of the questions (Q #36) on DS 156 form (that one fills out prior to consulate appointment) asks if any one has filed "Immigration Visa Petition" on my behalf. The answer to which is "YES".
My Question is whether this will hamper my chances to get Visa stamp.
If yes, can someone provide some insights how to handle such situation? I am sure this is a common scenario for most of us to go for Visa stamping in later stages of GC processing.
Your reply is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
