GURUS Advise Needed

Mine is very old case RD JAN 2002 yes it JAN 2002 don't get confused my user id. Since then my case is pending due to some security checks. i didn't receive my second FP after my first FP was done on apr 2002. Now i received fp notice in NOV 2005 and gave my second FP since then my LUD was changed twice one on 01/02 and second time on 01/12 . is there any chances of getting approval soon????

Who knows what all these LUD changes mean. Nobody knows the details of USCIS' internal workings. So no one can predict the significance of LUD changes.

On this forum, I've seen people who got approved a few days after rapid LUD changes. This happened quite frequently back in 2004.

Personally, my LUD changed rapidly for a few days after my second FP in June '04, and then nothing. At first I was very excited, but when nothing happened, the disappointment was really hard on me. I just had my third FP on 1/6/06. I was approved on 1/13/06 but my LUD didn't change at all between FPing and approval.

I know the wait, and the limbo, is painful. I went through it myself. I would suggest don't hold your breath and don't pin your hopes on LUD changes. Then if you do get approved GRRRRRREATTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! If not, nothing changes. Don't hold your breath, move on with your life and make the most of it.
