What happens if some one is laid off after concurrent filing of I140 and I485?
1. Is he considered to be on legal status after 30 days(notice period of employer)?
2. Is there any significance of his H1 after filing I140 & I485> What would be his status?
3. Can employer cancel his H1, if so how will it impact this case?
