My wife will be travelling to india tomorrow. is it ok to apply EAD for her in her absence (while she is in india)?. My obvious question would be should i sent them her old I-94?

far away from being a guru, but I recall that when I applied for EAD I was asked to go for biometics short after that (digital picture and thumb FP). maybe you can postpone her biometrics, who knows? call your local office and ask!

if you are not done with Code 3 FP, then you need to give Biometrics once again.
