Gurus……, Urgent help for H1transfer. Please Help

Hi,
My spouse is currently on H1B visa (H4-H1). It got approved only on January 2001. Employer was not able to place till now. Now she got an offer from another company to directly join as employee. Can she transfer her H1B visa and start working with them after getting the receipt from INS according to the new rule? Or she require any pay stub for the transfer? Please advice. It\'s very very urgent.

Same problem with me, came to US in the time of recession. I\'m here in US for last 2 months without getting the client, paystub or any bench money. I\'m having an offer from another company. Can I transfer my H1 without paystub. otherwise what is the wayaround.

You definitely need at least 3 pay stubs for Transfer of H-1 visa. Two choices for you guys:
1. Go back to India until recession ends, which, I am sure you don\'t want to do, OR
2. Process a new H-1, not a transfer. Remember, in this case, you can start working only after the H-1 is approved.
