It is just a few days more than when you are planning to join them anyways. Tell your company you will accept a lesser hourly rate or something if they give you a hard time. It is all about money with companies anyway.

Law of murphy .... If something can go wrong it will do so at the most inappropriate
time .... Nobody knows for sure if INS goes by RD or ND..Forget that
they even havent comeout with the AC21 interpretation.. Cases as yours are getting approved right now on the basis of some sort of temporary/preliminary reading of AC21 language(by lawyers not INS) which is not a total guarantee...
So to avoid murphy atleast wait till ND + buffer ..

You can negotiate by signing a post-dated offer letter or by signing the employment letter after a month so that you\'ll be officially on their pay-roll only after month though you can start working for them immediately. Maybe they can give you a sign-on bonus instead of a month\'s salary...
But the safest way would be to wait till ND + months
